Wednesday February 14th

- Charcuterie Board - fig jam, grapes, prosciutto, salami and candied walnuts.
- Appetizers - Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Brussel Sprouts, Met Truffle Fries
- Entrees -
Lobster Risotto: creamy risotto cooked carefully in a lobster stock then mixed with parmesan cheese and lobster meat.  Served with an 8 oz lobster tail that has been butter poached.
Metropolitan Style Beef Wellington: 8 oz beef filet carefully prepared in this multilayered dish which includes a dijon mustard coating, mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, roasted red pepper sage crepe.  Covered in a crispy puff pastry.  Served med rare with house potatoes, roasted carrots and red wine shallot sauce. 
- Dessert -  2 sea salt caramel coated in dark chocolate. 1 white chocolate hazelnut nougat.
